How to Participate in Summer Reading

Step 1: Sign up with MacKenzie at the Athenaeum–the sooner, the better!

Step 2: Keep track of your progress on your reading log. This may mean recording the titles of materials you read (books, magazines, websites) or using stickers to record the amount of time you spend reading. Here are other things you can record on your log: visiting the Athenaeum, visiting the Athenaeum website, participating in a summer reading event, or exploring science at home, at the Fairbanks Museum, at Catamount Arts, or outside!

Step 3: At the end of the summer, turn in your log to MacKenzie, and you will receive a free book of your choice and a participation certificate.

If you have any questions, please contact MacKenzie at mross@stjathenaeum.org or 802-748-8291
